Tuck's Team is an American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team operating out of the Greater New Bedford Area of Southeastern Massachusetts.  We have been in operation since 2001.  The team was formed to help raise money for cancer services and research in the memory of Dave Tucker, a close friend to many of the original members of Tuck's Team.  Dave battled cancer for many years, eventually succumbing to the disease. 

Over the years Tuck's Team has evolved in many ways.  What started as a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds looking to raise some money for a cause in memory of Dave, has turned into a multi-event major fund raiser for the American Cancer Society in our area.  Over the years Tuck's Team has grown, and as of 2008 we have several members who have their own reasons for participating, but all with the goal of raising more money for the American Cancer Society that Tuck's Team ever has before.
